• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -43 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS — <br />BLACK DUCK LIFT STATION <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct lift station improvements to replace the existing <br />Black Duck lift station, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using City Trunk Area and Unit funds <br />and not direct special assessments to benefiting properties, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to advertise for bids to construct the proposed improvements <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer, John Powell, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 2001. <br />John J.
