ti <br />• 01 -37 <br />Council Member <br />• <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-37 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION ON APOLLO DRIVE TO <br />PROVIDE A SITE FOR SUMMIT FIRE PROTECTION <br />WHEREAS, Summit Fire Protection and Ryan Companies submitted an application for a minor <br />subdivision of property within the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, the application included a Sketch and Description prepared by Metro Land <br />Surveying, dated January 1, 2001 and received by the City January 16, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the application meets the subdivision requirements of the Lino Lakes subdivision <br />and zoning ordinances, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes approves the <br />minor subdivision to create the following parcels as described on the Sketch and Description: <br />(attach legal descriptions) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2001 <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC, Clerk/Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
