• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -40 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT— SADDLE CLUB UTILITY AND STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted February 26, 2001 a report <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Saddle <br />Club by constructing sanitary sewer and watermain extensions, and reconstructing <br />streets, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The report is hereby received by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of March, 2001. <br />John J.
