Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -41 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF STUDY FOR THE 2001 21ST AVENUE <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 21st Avenue, south of Main Street, by installing <br />roadway and storm sewer improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are <br />feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 2001. <br />• <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />John J.
