Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01 -49 RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM WHEREAS, Department of Transportation State Aid for Local Transportation Division State Aid Operation Rules Chapter 8820 allows cities to designate routes as Municipal State Aid, and WHEREAS, the segments recommended to be added to the Lino Lakes Municipal State Aid System are projected to carry a relatively heavier traffic volume or connect points of major traffic interests within Lino Lakes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. That West Shadow Lake Drive from Birch Street to the northern terminus is hereby revoked as a Municipal State Aid street segment. The length of this segment is 1.49 miles. 2. That existing Baldwin Lake Road from Ash Street to Woodridge Lane be designated as Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.34 miles. 3. That existing Woodridge Lane from Baldwin Lake Road to Ash Street be designated as Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.73 miles. 4. That non - existing Town Center Parkway from TH 49 to TH 49 be designated as Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.66 miles. 5. That non - existing 21st Avenue from CSAH 14 to CSAH 21 be designated as Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 1.55 miles. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of March, 2001. John J.
