Pecchia, Public Safety Director <br />DATE April 9, 2001 <br />TOPIC Centennial School District Contract for <br />Youth Resource Officer - Centennial <br />Senior High School <br />VOTES REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has been requested by the <br />Centennial School District to provide an officer for the <br />Centennial Senior High School for the remainder of school year <br />2000 -2001. The Lino Lakes Police Department is requesting that <br />the Lino Lakes City Council approve the Senior High Youth <br />Resource Officer Service Agreement through the Centennial School <br />District for the remainder of school year 2000 -2001. <br />See attached agreement for further details. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve request to enter into agreement with the Centennial <br />School District for the Senior High Youth Resource Officer <br />program. <br />2. Return to staff for further review and consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve request. <br />
