Mr. Stalland <br />was available for questions and confirmed there was no age limits on these townhomes. <br />Mr. Stalland confirmed the phases of the developmentfor the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden motioned to approve the Wilkinson Waters Second Addition PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat with staff recommendations. Motion was seconded by Mr. Wipperfurth. <br />Motion carried 7 – 0. <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Project Updates <br /> <br />Ms. Eller and Ms. Larsen provided project updates to the Board. <br />Mr. Wipperfurthmoved to adjourn the meeting.
