• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -70 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING CSAH 23 CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT IMPACT STUDY <br />WHEREAS, a study has been prepared by the City Engineer with respect to traffic due <br />to development along the CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) corridor, in the vicinity of I -35W, and <br />WHEREAS, the study provides information regarding the traffic impact on CSAH 23 <br />(Lake Drive) due to future traffic growth, and the proposed Lino Lakes Marketplace, <br />JADT, and The Village development, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Study is hereby received. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 29th day of May, 2001. <br />John J.
