MEETING DATE: June 11, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Resolution 01 -72 <br />Approving Park Dedication Land Value and Fees <br />ACTION REQUIRED: 3/5 vote <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the second reading of the ordinance that changed the park dedication <br />formula listed in the City's subdivision regulations. <br />Resolution 01 -72 lists the base land value to be used in the formulas and lists the resulting fees <br />for both residential and commercial/industrial development. <br />The following agenda item (4C) will actually change the fee schedule to incorporate the new <br />park dedication fees. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
