• <br />• <br />01 -79 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -79 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR SPIRIT HILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for Spirit <br />Hills; and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 10, <br />2001 and continued to May 8, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for Spirit Hills with the following conditions: <br />1. An 80'x 80" area shall be provided for the lift station necessary to serve this site. <br />2. All comments as listed in the May 1, 2001 memorandum from TKDA shall be <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to proceeding to final plat. <br />3. Park dedication shall be cash fees in lieu of land and shall be paid at the rate in <br />effect at the time of final plat. <br />4. The area identified as park shall be eliminated and incorporated into the adjacent <br />lots. <br />5. Appropriate permits shall be acquired from Anoka County for access to the <br />adjacent roadways. <br />6. The developer shall address all provisions /conditions outlined by Rice Creek <br />Watershed. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11t day of June 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />John J.
