• 01 -85 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-85 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REDESIGN OF THE BUILDING AND <br />AMENDMENT OF A CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR THE SITE AND <br />BUILDING PLAN OF NORTH AMERICAN COMPOSITES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a minor subdivision and site and building plan <br />for North American Composites on November 13, 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, that application included a building design and exterior elevations, and <br />WHEREAS, the 11/13/00 approval included conditions of approval and condition <br />number four was: <br />4. The precast concrete panels will be Fabcon Wide Rack 3/8" grooves at 3" O.C. <br />with smooth concrete cattail design, or similar design. Decorative concrete block <br />on the office portion of the building shall be either smooth burnished concrete <br />block or rock -face block. <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to change the design of the building <br />and amend condition of approval number four, and <br />WHEREAS, the redesign of the building is compatible with the buildings in the <br />surrounding development, and <br />WHEREAS, the redesign of the building complies with the City's building material <br />requirements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the building redesign, as indicated on the Exterior Elevation by Stiglich <br />Construction, Inc., dated 5/1/01. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that condition number four of the approval of the site <br />and building plan approval is hereby amended to read: <br />
