01 -77 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-77 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR SADDLE CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for Saddle <br />Club, and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on March <br />14, 2001 and continued to May 8, 2001 and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 10 -01 rezones the southern 20 acres of the property to R -1 Single <br />Family Residential, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 09 -01 allocates 8 acres of MUSA reserve to the southern portion <br />of the proposed plat, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for Saddle Club with the following conditions: <br />1. Ordinance 10 -01 to rezone the property must be in effect (30 days after <br />publication) before the final plat can be recorded. <br />2. Ordinance 09 -01 to allocate 8 acres to MUSA reserve must be in effect (30 days <br />after publication) before the final plat can be recorded. <br />3. Lot 6, Block 2 shall be at least 80' in width <br />4. All Engineering issues as outlined in the memo dated May 1, 2001 shall be <br />addressed. <br />5. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the fmal plat. <br />6. Right -of -way acquisition shall be completed prior to recording the final plat. <br />7.
