411 01 -107 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION IN THE SW 14 OF <br />SECTION 17 FOR THE CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for minor subdivision for the proposed <br />school site; and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on June 13, <br />2001; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 14 -01 rezones the subject site to PSP, Public -Semi Public; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the minor subdivision for the Centennial School District, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The elementary school site is combined with the middle school site to create a <br />single lot. <br />2. A revised survey shall be submitted showing appropriate easements established <br />over all existing utilities and along side and rear lot lines. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />John J.
