It is hereby proposed to provide the financial services in accordance with the terms <br />outlined in Section II of the RFP, except for the following conditions: <br />• 2. These terms will be effective starting in September, 2001 for a period of 3 years, <br />with the option for the City to extend for another three years. <br />3.
