Lino Lakes City Council Minutes <br />Danielle Ward -Lorenz, 1987 Norma Way, Lino Lakes, spoke regarding Item 713, Harvest Grange, <br />Ordinance No. 02-26, Rezoning Property from R, Rural to R-2, Two Family Residential and R-3, <br />Medium Density Residential. According to the staff report The applicant, Twin Cities Land <br />Holding, LLC, is proposing a residential development in the southwest quadrant of CSAH 54 (20th <br />Ave S) and Cedar Street. The development, Harvest Grange, contains four (4) parcels totaling <br />approximately 27 gross acres and 95 housing units. <br />Ms. Ward -Lorenz stated that she appreciated the right-in/right-out street design on Cedar Street. <br />She asked that the Council consider safety, access and infrastructure with this new development. <br />She noted that the existing neighborhood is an island without a park and now more people are <br />being added to the areas. She also stated that the school buildings are full and now more students <br />will be added to the school district. <br />1. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A.
