CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-135 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, COUNTY ROAD J AND CENTERVILLE ROAD ROUNDABOUT <br />LANDSCAPING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the County Road J and <br />Centerville Road Roundabout Landscaping Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />Advanced Irrigation: $72,990 excluded electrical work, site earthwork/soil prep <br />Peterson Companies: $88,981.50 all-inclusive <br />Hoffman & McNamara: $94,967 all-inclusive <br />JL Theis: $108,316 all-inclusive <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest bidder with all-inclusive pricing was Peterson <br />Companies, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through Municipal State Aid Street funds in the <br />amount of $130,000.00; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Peterson Companies, Inc. in the amount of $88,981.50 by the name of the City of Lino <br />Lakes for the construction of the County Road J and Centerville Road Roundabout <br />Landscaping Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026. <br />b R ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
