CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-137 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF UTILITY RATE STUDY AND UTILITY RATE <br />STRUCTURE REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has identified the need to ensure adequate funding for <br />the water, sanitary sewer, and storm water utilities operations, debt service, and capital <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, Erickson Northstar LLC has submitted a proposal to provide professional <br />services to assist the City in conducting a Utility Rate Study and Utility Rate Structure Review; <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Professional Services Agreement with Erickson Northstar LLC for Preparation of a Utility Rate <br />Study and Utility Rate Structure Review is hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the <br />proposal on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />t#rty, Mayor <br />
