CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-138 <br />APPROVING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WILKINSON WAY <br />WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-60 approving <br />Wilkinson Waters Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the development includes construction of Wilkinson Way, within the City of <br />North Oaks, on property owned by Presbyterian Homes of North Oaks, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, conditions of Final Plat approval included requirements for the provision of a <br />public street and utility easement over that portion of the proposed Wilkinson Way, within the <br />City of North Oaks; and <br />WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homes (Grantor), Anoka Holdings, LLC, (Developer), Wilkinson <br />Waters, LLC, North Oaks Home Owners Association (NOHOA), North Oaks Company (NOC) and <br />the City of Lino Lakes have reached an agreement for the construction, maintenance and repair <br />of Wilkinson Way and the realigned Wilkinson Lake Boulevard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Roadway Improvement and Easement Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Presbyterian Homes (Grantor), Anoka Holdings, LLC, (Developer), Wilkinson Waters, LLC, North <br />Oaks Home Owners Association (NOHOA), and North Oaks Company (NOC) is hereby approved <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026. <br />R ferty, Mayor ' <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
