• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -115 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - <br />TWILIGHT ACRES SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th of March, 2001, fixed a <br />date for a council hearing on the proposed improvements for Twilight Acres 1st and 2nd <br />Additions by constructing sanitary sewer, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the May 14, 2001, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer, John Powell, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of August, 2001. <br />John J.
