Ordinance 16 -01 <br />Page 6 <br />D. Special Provisions <br />1. Refrigeration units on delivery vehicles shall not operate between the hours of <br />10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles shall be <br />limited to the same hours. <br />2. Site Plan Review. Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Outlot D shall require Site Plan Review <br />approval in accordance with Section 2, Subd. 5 of the Lino Lakes Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Development of Outlot D and Outlot E as depicted in the Site Plan (Exhibit C) <br />shall be contingent on the developer acquiring title to the adjacent parcel and <br />follow the platting requirements of the Lino Lakes Subdivison Ordinance. <br />Development of said lots as specified herein and in conformance with the Site <br />Plan (Exhibit C) shall not require amendment to the Planned Development <br />Overlay (PDO). <br />4. Minor variations from the approved plans may be approved by the City's <br />Development Review Committee, under the direction of the Community <br />Development Director. Substantial departures from the approved plans will <br />require an amendment to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO). <br />5. Unless otherwise specified herein the development shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable chapters <br />of City Code. <br />SECTION 3. <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />SECTION 4. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2001 <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />John J.
