Development of Outlot D and Outlot E as depicted in the Development Plan shall be <br />contingent on the developer acquiring title to the adjacent parcel and subsequent <br />subdivision and site plan approvals. <br />5. Final grading, drainage and utility plans shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />6. All required permits shall be obtained by from the Rice Creek Watershed District prior to <br />the commencement of site grading activities. <br />7.
