• <br />Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-111 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSING <br />AGREEMENT WITH ANOKA COUNTY GIS FOR USE OF DIGITAL PARCEL <br />BASE MAP DATABASE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes staff is completing the updated <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan for submittal to the Metropolitan Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the current information available to update maps in the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan is approximately three years old; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to include the most recent property parcel data on the <br />maps in the updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the most economical source of up -to -date property parcel <br />information is available to the City of Lino Lakes through a licensing agreement with <br />Anoka County Geographic Information Services. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES that: <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute a licensing <br />agreement with Anoka County Geographic Information Services for use of its digital <br />parcel base map datebase. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August, 2001. <br />John J.
