• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 9, 2001 <br />Council Member Dahl voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea. Council Member Carlson voted yea. <br />Council Member O'Donnell voted yea. Council Member Reinert voted yea. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 01 — 93, based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The elementary school is combined with the middle school site to create a single lot. <br />2. The applicant pursue a conditional use permit and submit detailed development plans <br />for the site. The site plan should illustrate how the plan will be integrated with the <br />middle school. <br />3. Wetland replacement plans will be required and sub <br />Rice Creek Watershed. <br />e review and approval of <br />4.
