Motion carried unanimously. Council Member O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 01 — 93, based on the following conditions: 1. The elementary school is combined with the middle school site to create a single lot. 2. The applicant pursue a conditional use permit and submit detailed development plans for the site.
