He read the motion made by an Environmental Board garding the recommendation to table the EIS determination on Mon e ev ning. The motion passed 3 -2. The Environmental Board indicated they would like to table the EIS determination until the Rice Creek Watershed District give their approval and until the Corp of Engineers has submitted their information. Community Development Director Grochala advised the project can not proceed unless the Rice Creek Watershed District give their approval.
