The revised plans have been <br />included in Ordinance 16 -01. Additionally, the site plan was revised to replace the two <br />proposed fast food restaurants with one larger restaurant pad. As stated in the <br />ordinance, the convenience store, restaurant and bank sites will be subject to the site <br />plan approval process requiring additional staff review, Planning & Zoning Board review <br />and City Council approval. <br />The ordinance text was modified to reflect the site plan changes and lot reconfiguration. <br />Other specific changes include: <br />Section 2.D(1) was amended as follows: <br />1. Refrigeration units on delivery vehicles shall not operate between the hours of <br />10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. <br />limited to the same hours. Operation of delivery vehicles shall be limited to the <br />same hours. <br />Section 2.D(6) was added as follows: <br />6. Commencement of development on the subject property (Exhibit A), in <br />conformance with the plans attached hereto, shall be subject to the execution of <br />a Development Agreement by and between the City of Lino Lakes and the owner <br />and subdivider of said property. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve rezoning to PDO. <br />2. Deny PDO rezoning. <br />3. Return to staff and continue to next meeting. <br />
