• <br />01 —120 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -120 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR 12th AVENUE AND HOLLY DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for 12th <br />Avenue and Holly Drive: and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on February <br />13, 2001 and continued to June 13, 2001 and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for 12th Avenue and Holly Drive with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Grading and Utility plans are subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />2. Existing structures shall be removed from the property. <br />3. Park dedication shall be cash and shall be paid in the rate in effect <br />at the time of final plat. <br />4. A landscaping /buffer yard plan shall be provided for the lots <br />abutting the collector roads where no buffer is provided and shall <br />be installed by a date to be outlined in the development agreement. <br />5.
