Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-134 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS FOR THE TWILIGHT ACRES SANITARY SEWER <br />EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Twilight Acres <br />Sanitary Sewer Extension project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor <br />Volk Sewer and Water, Inc. <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />Kenko, Inc. <br />Arcon Construction Co., Inc. <br />Engineer's Estimate <br />Amount of Bid <br />$257,373.50 <br />$303,034.60 <br />$317,947.00 <br />$335,063.30 <br />$278,982.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The bids are hereby received. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of September, 2001. <br />John J.
