• Councilmember and moved its adoption: introduced the following ordinance CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA ORDINANCE NO. 18 -01 AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES OF A PARCEL OF LAND TO RYAN COMPANIES US, INC. The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I. The real property described as: That part of Lot 15, Auditor's subdivision No. 134, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, said Anoka County and the Easterly right of way line of Old Minnesota Highway No. 8; thence North 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds East, assuming said south line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter bears South 89 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 397.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds East, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 46.62 feet; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, parallel to said south line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 413.00 feet; thence South 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds West, parallel to said easterly right of way line, a distance of 143.40 feet; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 0.57 feet; thence North 77 degrees 53 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 61.64 feet; thence westerly, a distance of 324.52 feet, along a non - tangential curve, concave to the north, have a radius of 663.33 feet, a central angle of 28 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds and a chord bearing of North 75 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds and a chord bearing of North 75 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds West to the point of beginning. Except: Parcel 2, Anoka County Highway right -of -way Plat No. 17, according to the recorded plat thereof. (the "Property ") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City "). The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. II. The city council of the City authorizes sale of .90 acres of the Property to Ryan Companies US, Inc. consistent with the price of the city's purchase of said property.
