01 -167 <br />Council Member <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-167 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Lino Lakes Market Place was approved with <br />Resolution 01 -107 by the City Council on August 13, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place received by the City on October <br />15, 2001 complies with the City requirements; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />• <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />day of , 2001. <br />John J.
