• • • Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01 -181 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT, 729 79TH STREET WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements on 729 79th Street for payable 2001 -2015 taxes, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate a specific assessment known as a special assessment for PIN 08- 31 -22 -11 -0050, and WHEREAS, the assessment should be abated from Anoka County Assessment Fund Numbers 83160 and 83161, and WHEREAS, the total assessment should be reduced to zero for 729 79th Street, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: 1. The City Engineer is directed to make application for abatement to Anoka County for: Reducing the total assessment to zero for 729 79th Street Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2001.
