MEETING DATE: December 10, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 01 -186 <br />Final Plat, Royal Pines (12th & Holly) <br />Land Holding Group & Solid Ground Development <br />VOTE: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Royal Pines is the name given to the 13 -lot development on 12th Holly. The City Council <br />approved the preliminary plat with Resolution 01 -120 on August 27. The project is being <br />managed for Land Holding Group by Solid Ground Development. <br />The City has several requirements for final plat approval: <br />1. Final plat must substantially conform to approved preliminary plat. <br />2. Development agreement, including financial securities. <br />3. Title information approved by City Attorney. <br />4. Conditions of approval (preliminary plat approval) must be met. <br />The submitted final plat conforms to the preliminary plat. We expect to have the <br />financial securities for the development agreement by meeting time. The City Attorney <br />has reviewed the title. The conditions of approval are addressed in the development <br />agreement. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution 01 -186. <br />2.
