<br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 201 4
<br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON -UNION EMPLOYEES
<br />
<br />WHEREAS , Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to
<br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all posit ions in the City, which is to be reviewed
<br />and approved by the City Council; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS , this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the
<br />Pay Equity Law; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS , the compensation plan for non -union employees was rev ised to include a two
<br />percent (2 %) wage increase retroactive to January 1, 201 4 ; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS , a two percent wage increase was included in the 2014 budget for city personnel.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by t he City Council of T he City of Lino Lakes tha t
<br />the following salary schedule by adopted .
