COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-35 <br />PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR <br />VFW POST 6583, 7868 LAKE DRIVE, LINO LAKES, MN <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />March 8, 2004; and <br />the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires organizations to notify <br />the city council at the time of application; and <br />the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires organizations to submit a <br />resolution from the city council approving the premises permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a background investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 is in compliance with City Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the renewal premises permit application for VFW Post 6583 to conduct lawful <br />gambling at 7868 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March, 2004. <br />John J.
