• <br />• <br />City Council <br />Legacy at Woods Edge <br />March 22, 2004 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -38 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed, in conjunction with the Legacy at Woods Edge project, to <br />make improvements of street, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, streetscaping <br />and sidewalks within the development area and to make street and storm sewer and <br />Traffic Signal improvements to Lake Drive adjacent to the site and to assess the <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429 and the City Charter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to SEH, Inc., for study and that they are <br />instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - <br />effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of March, 2004. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
