Staff Report (Resolution No. 04 -17 attached) <br />2. Staff memo regarding proposed conditions submitted by HERON <br />3. City Attorney memo regarding Conditional Use Permits <br />4. Construction Noise Level Information submitted by Eagle Brook Church <br />5. Draft Conservation Easement Management Plan prepared by Eagle Brook Church <br />6. Resident letter dated March 15, 2004 <br />Additionally, in response to concerns regarding the adequacy of the right turn lanes on <br />Main Street (CSAH 14) staff has performed field measurements and verified with Anoka <br />County the following: <br />Turn Lane Location <br />Westbound CSAH 14 to I -35E <br />northbound <br />Westbound CSAH 14 to CSAH 21 <br />northbound <br />Turn Lane Length <br />(ft.) <br />(per model) <br />300 feet <br />300 feet <br />Turn Lane <br />Length (ft.) <br />Actual <br />416 feet <br />210 feet <br />As shown in the table the westbound CSAH 14 right turn lane to CSAH 21 northbound is <br />approximately 80 feet shorter than shown in the traffic analysis.
