CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-141 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH CLINO LLC <br />AT OTTER CROSSING SOUTH 2NDADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a commercial <br />building; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 2, Block 1, Otter Crossing South <br />2nd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and CLING LLC is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27t" day of July, 2026. <br />, L-- � I <br />V ` <br />R b jRfferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
