CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-142 <br />APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB FOR MATERIALS <br />TESTING FOR OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes is completing Otter Lake Road Extension Project, quotes <br />were solicited for professional services for materials testing. Quotes were received and <br />calculated as shown below: <br />Contractor <br />Total <br />WSB <br />$70,979.00 <br />AET Inc. <br />$88,144.50 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, two bids were received meeting project requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, of Golden Valley, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible quoter, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to award the <br />low quote, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />WSB, in the amount of $70,979, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the materials <br />testing in accordance to the Otter Lake Road Extension Project. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026. <br />R b afferty, Mayor <br />C �GoT/ <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
