CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-145 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR THE <br />ANDALL STREET CULVERT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on November 24, 2025, the City Council passed resolution 25-163, awarding the <br />contract for the Andall Street Culvert Project to Dimke Excavating, Inc. in the amount of <br />$88,925.59; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 and Final where the <br />final amount of the Andall Street Culvert Project was $76,368.67; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. <br />2 and Final is approved for a final payment amount of $3,818.43 for the Andall Street Culvert <br />Project to Dimke Excavating, Inc. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026. <br />"t 1�n � 6 e- P <br />Ro R ferty, Mayor <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
