CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-68 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH KNUTE <br />DEVELOPMENT, LLCAT WILKINSON WATERS ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for Wilkinson <br />Waters Apartments; and <br />WHEREAS, the Wilkinson Waters Apartment Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br />is valid only upon recording of the Wilkinson Waters final plat, and the execution of the <br />Development Agreement. The legal description of the property is Lot 1, Block 1, Wilkinson <br />Waters Addition.; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Knute <br />Development, LLC is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute <br />such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of May, 2026. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
