20. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with

<br />Category 32E, Synthetic Tennis Court Surfacing & Equipment, according to the plans and
<br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk, in the
<br />amount of $41,565.00.
<br />21. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Minnesota Utilities and Earthwork, LLC, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category
<br />33A, Site Utilities, according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council
<br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, in the amount of $383,034.00.
<br />22. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with EVS,
<br />in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category 01B, Surveying, according to the plans
<br />and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk, in
<br />the amount of $31,000.00.
<br />23. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Cleaniac's LLC, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category 01C, Final Cleaning,
<br />according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the
<br />office of the City Clerk, in the amount of $56,460.00.
<br />24. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with The
<br />Concrete Guy, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category 03C, Stained/Sealed
<br />Concrete, according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk, in the amount of $77,312.00.
<br />25. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C
<br />and S Management Company, inc. D/B/A Waterproofing by Experts, in the name of the
<br />City of Lino Lakes, for Category 07A, Waterproofing, according to the plans and
<br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk,
<br />including the base bid and Alternate 1 in the amount of $50,975.00.
<br />26. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Carciofini Company, , in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category 07D, Joint
<br />Sealants, according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk, in the amount of $65,040.00.
<br />27. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Twin
<br />Cities Acoustics, , in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for Category 09C, Acoustical
<br />Ceilings, according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk, in the amount of $197,600.00.
<br />28. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
