CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-60 <br />APPROVING WILKINSON WATERS PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />WHEREAS, on July 18, 2025, the City received a complete land use application for <br />Wilkinson Waters PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the Development based on the following <br />plans and information: <br />• Wilkinson Waters Preliminary Plat Plan prepared by ISG revision date November 3, 2025 <br />• Wilkinson Waters Apartments 90% Plan Review prepared by ISG dated January 30, 2026 <br />• Wilkinson Waters Major Infrastructure 90% Plan Review prepared by ISG dated April 14, <br />2026 <br />• Wilkinson Waters Addition Final Plat prepared by ISG received April 15, 2026 <br />• Title Commitment dated March 20, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 27, 2025, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />Resolution No. 25-65; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 10, 2025, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: <br />(2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City <br />Council: <br />(a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing <br />plan. <br />The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan. <br />(b) For plats that consist solely of individual single family residential lots, final plat <br />
