This parcel is also identified by the survey <br />provided to you from Woodrow A. Brown, RLS, dated May 29, .2003. <br />In discussions with the County Recorder's Office, they would be willing to combine.the new <br />parcels with the existing adjacent property owned by Anoka.County. <br />Anoka County has drafted an Easement Agreement with St. Paul Regional Water Services <br />providing for ingress and egress, which, upon transfer will be recorded.
