CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA ORDINANCE NO. 15 -04 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY (FORMER BLACK DUCK LIFT STATION SITE) TO THE OWNER OF PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LAKES ADDITION NO. 6 The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I. The real property described as: That part of Outlot H, LAKES ADDITION NO. 2, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Comer of said Outlot "H "; thence South along the East line of said Outlot "H ", 92.28 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South along said East line, 30 feet; thence West at right angles to said East line, 30 feet; thence North at right angles, 30 feet; thence East at right angles, 30 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating. (the "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City "). The city council of the City has determined that, with the exception of a 10 foot drainage and utility easement, the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. II. The city council of the City authorizes conveyance of the Property directly to the owner of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Lakes Addition No. 6, retaining therefrom, for public use, a 10 foot drainage and utility easement over the easterly 10 feet of said parcel. The mayor and city clerk - treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in order to convey the Property. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter.
