CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -72 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST TO ADVANCE FUNDS FROM THE CITY'S <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET ACCOUNT. <br />WHEREAS, the street reconstruction portion of the Holly Drive Improvement project will <br />be funded mostly through Municipal State Aid; and: <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the remaining funds will come from previous Trapper's <br />Crossing subdivision assessments, Surface Water Management Fund, and Trunk <br />Funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the Holly <br />Drive Improvement project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is authorized to request an advance of funds from the City's <br />Municipal State Aid Street Account. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of May, 2004. <br />John J.
