Recommendations <br />are attached. <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The P & Z opened the public hearing at the March meeting and continued it. The Board <br />recommended approval at its April 14 meeting with the conditions listed in Resolution <br />04 -58. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1.
