The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on the application on March <br />10 and April 14, 2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the comprehensive plan. The <br />site shall be amended to guide the site for Low Density Sewered Residential land use. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment to the comprehensive plan shall be <br />submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review and shall not be in effect until the <br />Metropolitan Council approves it. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of 2004 <br />John J.
