Paovo <br />Daniel Grubisch <br />6474 - 12t Avenue <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55038 <br />Dear Mr. Grubisch: <br />Please disregard our letter of May 28, 2004 regarding pumping of your septic system, <br />which was sent in error. <br />I am writing as the Lino Lakes City Attomey concerning information I have received <br />from City staff that you have failed to respond to correspondence from Peter Kluegel, <br />Uno Lakes Building Official, regarding compliance of your failing septic system within <br />twenty -four (24) months of the date of Mr. Kluegel's letter. Failure to comply with <br />this section of the ordinance is a misdemeanor with a maximum punishment of 90 <br />days In jail and a $1 1000 fine. I am therefore requesting that you bring your septic <br />system into compliance within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. Your failure <br />to do so may result in our office commencing a criminal proceeding against you for <br />violation of the ordinance.
