June 10, 2004 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />600 Town Center Parkway <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />RE: Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />Legacy at Woods Edge Development <br />Feasibility Report <br />SEH No. A- LINOL0305.02 <br />Attn: Michael Grochala <br />Community Development Director <br />Dear Mayor and City Council: <br />Please find enclosed our Feasibility Report for the construction of public improvements associated with <br />the Legacy at Woods Edge development. <br />This report addresses reconstruction of existing streets and storm sewers, extension of streets, sidewalks, <br />storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water mains, and installation of streetscaping and landscaping <br />improvements. Streetscaping elements include decorative lighting, trees, shrubs, planters, planter beds, <br />enhanced sidewalks, benches, bicycle racks, litter receptacles, and bollards. <br />The report also identifies a number of amenities to be incorporated into a new City park in the heart of the <br />development. These amenities include a number of interactive water features and a staging /performance <br />area. <br />We have determined the public improvements identified in this report are technically feasible and are <br />necessary to support the proposed development. <br />We respectfully request the City consider the recommendations identified in this report and order a public <br />improvement hearing for the project. <br />Sincerely, <br />Robert L.
