Continue working in partnership with the YMCA to complete <br />plans for the construction of a facility. <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />The Woods Edge project will incorporate public facilities into a <br />mixed -use commercial /residential development center to provide <br />municipal services, a physical sense of identity for the City, an <br />active, pedestrian- oriented environment, and a profitable business <br />center. A City initiative will use city facilities and the YMCA as a <br />means to stimulate private development, increase the value of <br />land along I -35W, enhance the City's tax base, and provide more <br />direct control over the quality of development within the City. <br />4 <br />
