• <br />2. LINO LAKES PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM <br />2003 Review: Woods Edge has been in St. Paul Pioneer Press, Quad Press, two <br />business monthlies and other media. Hartford Group has prepared <br />preliminary promotional materials. A display of the project is in <br />city hall. A documentation of C/l land was completed in 2002. <br />PURPOSE: Focus the marketing /promotional campaign to effectively <br />define the image Lino Lakes wishes to enhance, define the target <br />audience, and communicate that image through a variety of public <br />relations efforts. <br />TIME FRAME: Annual <br />ASSIGNED TO: Community Development staff, EDAC <br />• STRATEGY: <br />• <br />1. Develop a marketing plan and promotional materials with <br />private development team to effectively communicate the <br />Woods Edge development to the community, developer leads, <br />the media and targeted businesses. <br />2. Complete documentation of commercial and industrial land <br />uses for annual EDAC review and for marketing areas of the <br />city available for commercial /industrial development <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />The development of a Lino Lakes "image" as a community <br />offering high quality housing, excellent business opportunities, <br />good schools, and a country -like atmosphere close to the heart of <br />the metro area. <br />11 <br />
